Boom Biology: "Blood"

Blood is the the main transport system in the human body and is also provides us immunity from pathogens. In the Boom Biology podcast, science education student Baneen Talpur discusses the components of the blood and their functions within the body. This includes discussion of plasma, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. While the podcast is relatively simple in it's delivery, the information is accurate and easy to understand. It would be a great supplemental resource for students struggling with the topic when navigating a complex and hefty unit on the circulatory system.
